Our flagship Maharaja Agrasen Jayanti (MAJ) event draws 100+ families — approximately 250–300 attendees — and continues to grow, in no small part thanks to generous sponsors like you. Every tier includes four complimentary event passes and meaningful recognition across our channels.

Submission Deadlines
To ensure full acknowledgement, please submit payment, your logo, and message graphic at least two weeks before the event. Late submissions may not be included in the Patrika, stage acknowledgements, or the event invite page.
Logo & Graphic Requirements
- Logo for website/email: at least 600 × 600 px (JPG or PNG)
- Message graphic for Patrika (Gold & Silver): at least 3,000 × 2,000 px
- Message graphic for Patrika (Corporate & Platinum): at least 3,000 × 3,600 px
- Corporate: logo on front page; message graphic inside the front page.
- Platinum: up to two sponsors — first on the outside-facing back page, second on the inside-facing back page.
Sponsorship Receipt
A receipt letter will be provided confirming the event name and date, sponsorship level, amount received, and the signature of a President or Treasurer.
